Making Strides for Lasting Change.
I’ve seen many people try to make positive changes in their lives only to fail because they did not have the knowledge, tools, and inspiration to change. It takes more than one meeting, one appointment, one visit to the gym to stay on the path to better health and well-being. As is needed in sports, coaching is also needed on a regular basis for achieving incremental improvements in health. I provide the knowledge, tools, and inspiration to help you reach your goals and realize those improvements.
Health coaching facilitates positive behavior change through a supportive and structured team-based approach.
As your coach, I will help you to:

Common areas that we will investigate and address while
building your health action plan:
The Power of Nutrition
Nutrition is an area where I’ve always had a strong interest. Nutrition is more than just the food that we put into our bodies. We are nourished by our lives – the people around us, the things we do every day, the ways we think and view the world, the choices that we make. Nutrition is integrated into our lives and has a substantial impact on our physical and emotional health.
Functional Nutrition looks at the foundational way that food affects your body on the cellular level. It leverages personalized coaching and treatment modalities that specifically address your underlying causes of illness to help you recover and build health. It’s rooted in the premise that “food is medicine” and that our everyday lifestyle choices can have positive or negative impacts on our health. It seeks to restore whole body balance, ensuring optimal physiologic function and is a critical component of the Functional Medicine health care model.
As your FxHealth Coach, I will ensure that you have the tools that you need to reach your health goals.
